Ethics
The code of ethics can be defined as “a set of moral rights and duties of each individual who participates in the company organization”, and represents one of the fundamental components of the organizational model set forth in Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001. The code of ethics provides guidelines and standards to adhere to, in order to respect general principles and prevent the risk of unethical behaviour, thus defining the company's ethical-social responsibility.
